What a fun class that must have been!  I know there&#039;s a lot of interest in what &quot;millennials&quot; think about wine so it&#039;s good to see that your undergrads are interested in so many ethical issues of wine as well as exploring alternative packaging. 

Do you think that some of the papers might be made available publicly? Maybe students could post them to their web sites (if they have a site) and then post a comment here with a link? Just a thought. Some people in the trade might be interested in seeing what all them there young folks are thinking.
