How much of the Russian wine market is linked to the countries resources? In other words, is the Russian disposable income dependant on the wealth generation of their natural resources? As in Western Australia (heavy exporters to China of iron ore), will this generate many “Cashed Up Bogans” ie blue-collar background workers now earning a high salary (and prefer beer or mixed spirits over wine!)

Eg, workers would imbibe on their way to work!
