The bronze, silver, and gold medalist in this category, along with other winners, will be announced on July 4 at the gala Gourmand Awards ceremony in Macao.

When you refer to Macedonia, above, and the Xinomavro book of Stavroula Kourakou, what exactly do you mean? You or the Gourmand Awards website…
I know only one Macedonia, and this is a big administrative department of Greece (north), while there used to be a FYROM, which this year has finally a new official name, North Macedonia. Maybe you (they) mean that? In this case, the translation should be in north Macedonian (a language of the Slavic family)
